Stock styles start at 100 pcs per SKU. Private label (your logo on a stock style) starts from 500 pcs. Full custom development — exclusive rope colour, weave, hardware shape and packaging — starts from 1,000 pcs. MOQ is negotiable by product type, and small-batch trial orders are welcome.
Yes. Cord straps ship with static load test reports and colourfastness results. Metal hardware comes with salt-spray and plating thickness data. Textile products include weave density checks. We also support REACH, California Prop 65 and other target-market documentation requests.
Yes. Rope diameter, weave pattern, colour and the number of colour strands can be customised, and we match to Pantone references. Hardware can be produced in matte black, nickel, chrome, gold-tone or rose-gold finishes. Ring size, strap length and clasp type are all adjustable.
Common methods include woven labels sewn into the strap end, silk-screen printing on the rope or patch, silicone or PVC patch tags, laser engraving on metal hardware, and heat-transfer printing. We will recommend the method that suits your quantity, budget and desired finish.
Stock samples ship within 5–7 days. Custom pre-production samples take around 7–12 days depending on the hardware. Bulk production is typically 15–20 days for stock styles, 25–35 days for private label, and 35–45 days for full custom development.
Standard terms are 30% deposit with the balance against bill of lading (T/T). Credit insurance and instalment plans are available for long-term partners. All payments go through official company accounts with formal invoices and customs documentation provided.
